These are great and very convenient

Not very spicy. I wanted something to use in hot water like the ginger juice packets from another retailer. These are probably not made with that in mind and more for cooking but I wanted something very strong ginger and these are a little weak. Packaging was fine and otherwise good product just not for me. Maybe using more cubes would do the trick.

This product is absolutely disgusting

I love ginger flavor but buying fresh ginger is a hassle to use. These are amazing. I use 2 in my water and drink mixes throughout the day. I highly recommend trying 2 cubes in 16 Oz of water with True Lemon lemonade drink packet. Yum! Also useful in my stir fry recipes. You have to use a few extra to get the same spicy effect as fresh as they have a wesker flavor than fresh.

I love this product but now I Have to come into the store to purchase it. That defeats my purpose of having my order delivered to my car. I love this service and there are items that don’t qualify. This is one of them and It is aggravating, frankly.

I love using ginger in my recipes but hate peeling/mincing fresh ginger. This is a great option to have on hand and is so much better than dry ground ginger! I have not seen any other frozen cubed ginger other than at Target

These are great and very convenient. I wish all Target stores carried them! I pop them into teas, soups, and other things that I would use ginger for. Put them in All stores PLEASE!

I absolutely love these, there perfect for so many things. Very versatile

LIFEHACK. I reach for recipes that use ginger without thought with this in my freezer. Products thaws and provides the fresh flavor every time and saves me valuable time.

I am never without these in my freezer. I put a couple in my smoothie every day, I use them to cook, and somebody just told me they put them in tea! I saw complaints about the packaging, but I find them easy to pop out, and I have these always on hand. Love love love these. (garlic ones are good, too :)

Nothing not to love. To clarify for people who don't understand the packaging, only ONE layer is supposed to peel back when you open it. Then push one "cube" through the clear layer. Stays fresher this way!

I'm a huge fan of these because they're so convenient. I love fresh ginger but don't usually have time to peel and chop it, and this is closer to the real thing than the powdered variety. I like to throw one or two in the blender to give my smoothies a little zing.

Like the convenience. It has a good flavor. Handy to have on hand for spur of the moment.

I love having these in the freezer to utilize in teas when I am feeling sick. They work great! So fast, easy, and effective.

Love these little blobs of flavor. Fresh is always best, but these are great in a pinch. I throw in 2 or 3 of these when I make rice. Adds a great subtle ginger flavor

Not bad to keep in the freezer when you are in a pinch for some ginger and don’t have anymore fresh ones on hand. There is no sugar or salt added to these ginger cubes. Makes for great tea. Cubes are small so I add four to a 16 oz drink to get the flavor I want. Like others have said though, the packaging is awful. Only one layer peels off when both layers are supposed to peel off simultaneously. Very annoying and more work to get to the cubes.
