I love the smell and it does exfoliate nicely. What I love less is how loose the brown sugar is and how that makes it a bit hard to use without it falling. I also find that you need to use quite a bit and that it doesn’t rinse off well.

I wanted to try a new sugar scrub other than tree hut. I saw a portion of the funds were donated to support cancer so I wanted to support. Unfortunately, the product isn't to my expectation at all. It's literally like a course brown sugar that loosely falls out of the jar like sugar. It needs some type of binding agent to keep the sugar compacted upon removal. In addition to the texture, the application can be messy due to the texture of raw sugar. It left the skin feeling lightly moisturized and soft.

I bought these as gifts for part of my gift to the teachers in my life this year. I bought it because I try to support women and black owned businesses every holiday season. The smell is amazing! The only thing I’d change is that I wish it was sealed in some way. Won’t stop me from buying it but I thought the feedback was worth sharing.

I met the owner in the store and she provided me a sample. After speaking with her and smelling the product I purchased the strawberry scented one. I just used it and when I tell you this was the best body scrub I have ever used I mean it. The fragrance alone is to die for but I loved how my skin was moisturized after using it. I also love that you don’t need to use a lot at one time, a little goes a long way!!!!

I’m so impressed!! I grabbed this at Target specifically because it had very minimal familiar ingredients plus it said women owned. I love the consistency it’s dry and sugary not wet like other scrubs. I was about to get lavender and brown sugar caught my eye, so glad it did!! I have super bumpy skin- KP, anyone? I have a perpetual struggle finding products that are effective but gentle because my skin reacts poorly to fragrances. I picked up this little gem on my way out of target and OMG I am so impressed! This scrub is so reasonably priced considering I got results similar to my skin fix glycolic scrub or first aid kp scrub. This scrub goes toe to toe with those pricier, well known brands easily. I'm going to add this to my repertoire and buy some for my girlfriends who also have kp. If you are getting ready for the summer, suffer with razor bumps, kp, or just want smooth skin, BUY THIS NEOOOOOW
