Q: This says 40 billion....BUT all the other sites say 50 billion?...is this a different version?

A: I believe the 50 billion is the updated version. I have also noticed that as well. The 40 billion worked just fine for me -- helped me out many times when I thought I was coming down with something, in case anyone is considering it.

Q: Hi there, I would know whether or not I should keep it refrigereted. I saw on bottles with 50 Billion CFU it says : "refrigeration is not required" but there is no such information on this bottle.

These are the best probiotics. I actually feel significantly better after taking them. I noticed I’m less bloated and more regular and overall I just feel better. The first day of taking them, just like with most probitics, my body had to get used to them. But after a day or two, it subsided.

I repurchased this item since I noticed it helped significantly with bloating issues but noticed a few things with the second batch which led me to throw away the remaining capsules left. First, the capsules had a far more noticeable taste second time purchasing. Second, I started to experience abdomen pain followed by a yeast infection and uti. I had to be treated for both which I then stopped taking the probiotic. After a break from the probiotic I returned to taking it, within a day the abdomen pain returned. I won’t be repurchasing this item again due to fear of it throwing off my PH.

I used a full bottle of this product to be able to give it a full and legit review, as well as to let my self get through one full menstrual cycle. I’ve had recurring BV for over 3 years. It lasted through both of my pregnancies and deliveries. It’s been a NIGHTMARE. I’ve done every prescription medication possible, and multiple rounds of them. I was using boric acid twice a week. I tried other probiotics… nothing was working long term and it’s been so embarrassing. But I can confidently say this probiotic has been such a godsend. My BV has always been at its worst the day after my period was done. The period I had while taking this product, there was minimal odor the day after my period was finished however it was completely gone by the next day. I 100% give credit to this probiotic. I have been so focused on finding an answer for by BV that I have not paid attention to my energy levels or sleep so I can’t speak on those potential benefits. But for my BV girls… TRY IT.

This product has been god sent for me. I’ve struggled with BV for so long… it’s made me feel so insecure and nothing was working to get rid of it… but I’m now on day 6 of taking this probiotic and it started working in just 2 days… no more weird smell or UTI’s I️ can’t explain how relieved I️ am. I️ also just feel so much better… my mind feels less clogged and more clear, my skin is glowing and I️ sleep better!! Such an amazing product. Worth the money!!
