This all-in-1 micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. This micellar water face wash for all skin types effectively cleanses, removes makeup, and refreshes skin. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. This face cleanser makeup remover for normal skin cleanses to remove makeup and leaves skin with a matte and natural finish with no greasy residue. Garnier micellar water is gentle on skin and can be used as an eye makeup remover. This gentle cleanser is approved by Cruelty-Free International, vegan, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, sulfate-free and silicone-free. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.

About three weeks ago, I decided to try Garnier Water Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. OMG!! It removes all the make-up and any residue. This cleanser leaves my face smooth, hydrated, and very soft. This micellar water is my go to make up remover!! The pink is definitely must if wearing make up that's hard to remove. The blue is too greasy and I do not like how you have to shake it vigorously to get the product to activate. I always buy the pink and always will.

When I first discovered micellar water it was a game changer. This one does the job and is at a good price. I’d much rather use this than the wasteful make up wipes, especially since I use reusable cotton rounds.

This micellar water right here is my favorite! I've tried a few others but always prefer this one and specifically this version for my dry sensitive skin. This doesn't dry my skin out nor does it irritate my sensitive skin at all. It actually removes my makeup when I wear it, even my mascara and eyeliner. I use it at night before cleansing if u wore makeup but mostly I use it in the morning to cleanse my face instead of my water based cleanser since I have dry skin that doesn't need washed washed twice a day. I used to just use water in the am but wanted something more in case and picked this up again and love it. My face feels fresh and clean after using it. I usually do a quick rinse with water afterwards just in case but if I can't its nice to know I don't have to as this doesn't leave any residue on my skin after use like some feel they do. For my mascara I usually use washable instead of waterproof so can't say about removing waterproof makeup yet but I think it would just with a little extra and if not they do have a waterproof version that is also great.
