Disgusting
I had high expectations unfortunately I ended up throwing it away. It was absolutely disgusting. Tough, mushy and chewy at the same time . Absolutely disgusting! do not recommend.

A True GLP-1 Game-Changer
I am now on my third restock of this red lentil rotini, and I routinely buy multiple boxes at a time because it is an absolute staple in my kitchen. If you are on a GLP-1 diet, you know how challenging it can be to hit your daily protein goals when your appetite is low. This pasta makes it incredibly easy. Beyond the excellent nutritional profile, the taste and flavor are genuinely fantastic. Best of all, unlike many other alternative gluten-free pastas that disintegrate into mush, this one actually holds its shape and retains a perfect texture after cooking. I cannot recommend it enough!

My favorite pasta
Great pasta if you like it al dente. I love that i can eat pasta even when i want something really healthy! It’s not great for cold salads, but really good hot.

Excellent substitute with better nutritional value
Tastes just like regular pasta to me. Can’t even notice the red color in a tomato sauce and looks nice in a pasta salad. Seems to hold up well too, an issue I was worried about. Cooked a whole box and mixed in frozen chicken. Pasta held its shape and reheated fine too. Tons more protein and fiber than wheat pasta. A little more expensive, only con

Portein and Fiber Combo!
I got these because they were Bobby approved. If you’re going to have pasta, atleast let it have fiber and protein naturally! It’s a good swap and now a go to for my household!

Disgusting taste!
Hi, my mom who always likes the healthier alternative. Love a chickpea pasta or something whole wheat. I figured this would be another win. I have no clue what I just ate, but it was absolutely disgusting. One of the very few times I took the whole colander full and dumped it in the garbage.

Excellent Grain and Gluten Free pasta
For those of us with severe allergies to grains, the Good and Gather grain free Red Lentil Rotini is fantastic!! It tastes better than any other brand we have tried. We have to boil it 10-12 minutes instead of the recommended 6-8 minutes. It sometimes goes out of stock which is rough because we love it so much and have to wait weeks or sometimes months for it to be back in stock again. Highly recommended pasta.....it's delicious:)

Damaged upon arrival
Delivered with package ripped open, box totally crushed and pasta falling out. How does this happen? What a poor job. Delivered by UPS so don’t know who to blame. Target you need to do better!!

Tastier options out there
These weren’t awful, but they have a stronger flavor than other bean pasta alternatives. A bit of a chalky aftertaste. Mixing them with regular pasta and using a heavy sauce, they’re fine, but there are better, tastier pasta alternatives out there for a comparable price.

Best pasta ever!
This is the best gluten free pasta ever! My husband & I eat it twice a week. I love that it is only 1 ingredient and has so much protein. We like it so much better than regular pasta. The only trick is you have to cook it for at leat 10-12 minutes not the 7 miutes the package suggests.

Low cost, easy vegetarian protein
Like — high protein, great for last minute week night meals and tossing in soups Dislike - chewy texture and falls apart if you cook it

Surprised this pasta hasn't gone viral
Made this with a creamy ricotta and chicken sauce. The texture and the flavor are very nice. The texture is very close to "real" pasta, to the point that you can't tell it's not "real" pasta. The flavor is slightly earthy, and very slightly peppery. You cannot tell at all once the pasta is in a sauce. It would be nice just buttered as well. Really impressed with this inexpensive pasta.

Absolutely could not tell it was red lentils with a meaty red sauce. Brought water to boil, added noodles, set a timer for 7 min, stirred occasionally and the consistency was perfect.
