Q: do these work on black heads?

A: Hi Ev, They do NOT work on blackheads but rather pimples that have pus in them. They will absorb out the pus and leave your pimples in a much better place.

Q: are these acne patches okay for 11 year olds?

A: Yes our Mighty Patches are generally safe, but please note that we only test on consumers 18+. Since younger skin is usually more sensitive, we recommend to try leaving the patch on the pimple for only 4-6 hours at first, for children younger than 18 as a patch test. And to not use more than once or twice in the same area. If they have any sensitivity, then they should stop use and consult their doctor.

A: Hi there, the patch should be applied to cleansed skin before you apply any other products. Toner, moisturizer, etc, may impact the adhesion of the patch and if applied right before, the patch may end up absorbing these products.

Q: Does Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch make any patches for moles and cysts removal? (It didn't specify if they can be used on soft moles)

A: Not at the moment but I've passed on this idea to our product development team. Mighty Patch hydrocolloid patches should be used on mature pimples with a head and our Micropoint patches should be used on either underground pimples or dark spots depending on the product. We don't have any products for moles yet although Micropoint for Blemishes may be used on cysts if you catch them early on.

This product is what all started for me in trusting their brand. Anytime I have a little headless pimple coming along, I put this on and it immediately does its thing and absorbs whatever is under my skin and dries it out! Sometimes I'll even leave it on overnight and wake up with my pimple completely dried out! I have a ton of these stocked up just because I never want to run out. Don't sleep, grab them!
