I bought this bottle about a couple of weeks ago and it hasn’t worked properly since. I’ve worked with hydrate spark support. They sent me a new puck but it does not work. At this point. I think I might just try the tap bottle but in my opinion, the Bluetooth option doesn’t work properly and it doesn’t track water properly. Wanted to love this bottle because it is a really neat idea but it’s not there yet.

First let me say that I am a HUGE fan of Hydrate Spark, as a kidney transplant recipient, hydration is critical. My first HS bottle, 17 oz Steel (5 years old) served me well. So I ordered the new 21 oz Pro. I love the styling but the problem I incurred is an apparently faulty puck. It charges fine, Bluetooth pairs fine, color lights when prompted by app fine. It just does not register once’s consumed when used. I cannot get primary operation correct, despite many calibrations to set/reset bottle and puck. I have emailed Hydrate’s customer service dept asking about just exchanging pucks before I ask for a total return of product. Thank you for looking into this.

I just recently was given the HidrateSpark as a birthday gift. After opening the package I read the instructions and went to charge the puk. No lights came on after 10mins of charging. I checked the power source and confirmed it was charging my iPhone. Went through the process on the app to reset the puk and no lights again. The charging cable is thin and flimsy for a power cable. Very cheap product. Also fluid leaks from the top seal. Not a great start to this product. I am currently speaking to the support team. Very disappointed.

I love everything about it and this is my third one I have bought in the last 4 years. The only thing I don’t like is how the puck will just come unscrewed ALL the time. It has fallen off numerous times and the other styles it never did that. So it sometimes isn’t the most accurate as it won’t be screwed in all the way because it starts coming loose.

I love it. I have had my hidrate for almost 2 years and it is still going strong. Helps to keep myself on track and I finally get my 80 ounces of water each day. It is also very easy for me to pick up. As I have gotten older, I have found that I can not pick up those larger mugs. This is the perfect size. To top it off, it has hit the floor a couple of times, and did not break. I totally love it and when or if it ever quits working, I will be buying another. :-

I've been using Hidrate for the past 3 years and it has helped me increase my hydration. I love the glow functionality, with the ability for some limited customization, unless you want to pay more for complete color customization. Having it connect via Bluetooth to phone app is useful.

I’ve had many HidrateSpark products and love the company, however I’m very disappointed by my recent purchase of the stainless steel bottle. The images on the website show a dark gray steel that is similar to the lid color. In reality, the bottle is a light, highly reflective silver. Very misleading and not what I wanted.

Nice bottle, looks great too. The sensor puck does not really fit though. Always feels like it is going to fall out and jiggles around. If I spin it the wrong way when picking it up it will actually fall out frequently.

I have the last three bottles and this has to be the one I’m the most disappointed in. Although the tracking is great the batttery keeps falling out. I have to put tape on the side to stop the battery from falling out unexpectedly
