A: No, you can only use Google Docs, or any other google app. You can download a Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, etc, but to be able to edit them you have to convert it to the google version.

A: The HP Team is incorrect. This model does not work with USI pens, only capacitive stylus pens.

A: Thank you for the question. Playing Roblox casually on a Chromebook will be okay, however, serious gamers may opt for a Windows laptop with more ram and a faster processor and a discrete graphics card. Video files can be large, and 64GB of internal storage with this model will present problems, however, you can connect an external drive, or save files to the cloud.

I haven't used it much yet but satisfied and can't complain about the price. Just wanted a basic Chromebook but went for the 2 in 1 and glad I did. It doubles as a tablet and the touch screen works great. Four stars because the touchpad isn't as smooth as I expected and I don't like the shape/position of the 'return' key...I find it harder to locate/use than the standard/classic key. Not sure why HP did that just to make room for another key you may never use.

I have 4 kids between 6th and 10th grade each of which requires a chromebook for school. I purchased 3 of these in March of 2021 and a 4th in April of 2022. A few months ago the 4th one stopped charging and would not turn on at all. Fortunately it was still covered under warranty and the process to get it fixed was relatively easy (aside from having to do the general troubleshooting tips for ~45 min before they agreed to have it shipped back). For the warranty claim they provided a box with a bubble pack to send the chromebook and charger back. I received the fixed unit within 2 weeks. Unfortunately one of the original 3 chromebooks started having the exact same issue in December 2022 and is out of warranty. Therefore out of the 4, 1 was repaired under warranty and 1 no longer works. With 2 having the exact same issue there appears to be some kind of flaw in the design and unfortunately the failure mode renders the device completely unusable.
