A:Â Yes, the Roomba i3 is a great solution for cleaning up most any type of dry dust or debris, including hair.
A:Â Does this Robot memorize where it left off
A:Â The i3 EVO has a significantly better performance on bare floors and picks up more debris from high-pile carpets. It's also better at maneuvering itself and has an automatic dirt disposal feature if it is the I3 evo +. It also has better battery life, which means longer run time. I am not sure what you mean by Roomba 365 as I cannot find any information on that model, so I assumed you mean Roomba 635.
A:Â Hello Mark, The machine will have a run time of 90 minutes before it needs to recharge and resume.
A:Â Hello Carolyn, If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact our technical support team through e-mail contact form or phone - https://homesupport.irobot.com/s/contact-support-info
A:Â Hello Nicki, The Vacuum does not mop and is not self emptying. The vacuums that mop currently are the Braava series and the Roomba combo series. The vacuums that self empty will have a + before the model name. E.G. I3 EVO+
A:Â Hello Trudy, The i3 Evo has a pretty good suction and will do well with dog and cat hair. We would still recommend the i7 for a big dog, as it has slightly better suction
A:Â Hello boymom2, Yes you can use the vacuum without the iRobot Home app and it will be able to clean the room by using the Clean button. But we would recommend using the app for all the bonus features - scheduling, Keep-Out-Zones etc.
A:Â Hi S Kennedy, the i3 does not come with a Virtual Wall.
A: You can use the following procedure to regularly clean the Roomba® i Series Robot Vacuum Bin. Press the bin release button on the back of the robot to remove the bin. The bin release tab has a bin icon on it. Open the bin door to empty the bin. The bin door release button has a bin icon. Grasp the side of the filter to remove the filter from the left side of the bin. Shake off debris by tapping the filter against your trash container. Then, replace the filter. Note: Filters are not designed to be washed or to come in contact with liquid. Rinse out excess debris with warm water and allow the bin to dry. Ensure the bin is completely dry. Note: The bin is designed to be rinsed by hand only. It is not dishwasher safe and should only be cleaned by rinsing with warm water. Place the filter back into the bin. Slide the bin into the bin slot, securing it into place.
A:Â The Roomba has a built in 5/8" clearance that allows it to traverse most obstacles up to that height. If the rug or carpet were taller(deeper) than 5/8" the Roomba may experience some difficulties or be unable to clean.
