He even had Grammy nominations from this album. When the album dropped it was a breath of fresh air for me. Prior I heard i n t e r l u d e & I was really excited for the album. All the biblical and faith based references had me gassed. l e t. g o. m y . h a n d was on repeat along with p r i d e . i s . t h e . d e v i l & couldn’t get enough of the album as a whole. I’m part of those 325.5 million streams 🤪. His beat selections are dope which have old school Boom-Bap drums with a little hint of the new trap sounds. Not too heavy tho. I would walk a couple miles a day listening to the album just appreciating it while trying to unwind & cope with government shut-downs. I currently own this #LimitedEdition Target Blue LP variant.
