Q: Is this bike OK in the City, or just for beach? Can the handlebars be pointed more down or should they stay up as in the photo?

A:Â The bikes are shipped 80% assembled. Front wheel, handlebar and stem, seat, pedals all have to be installed for final assembly.

Great bike for the price. Assembly was easy until I got to the seat, took a bit to figure it out. The seat covering also came damaged, poor assembly on the manufacturers part, but I hot glued it the best I could.
