This made thee BEST caramel apples!

These are amazing! We added these in a crockpot with a little bit of butter and water, and we may be best caramel apples for a birthday party. A coat of the apple is perfectly. Just make sure you get the wax off of those first, but I’m actually really impressed and excited that I have an extra bag.

These are HORRIBLE! I got them to make caramel apples, and they didn’t melt good and the taste was off. I ended up buying the caramel cubes instead

These Kraft caramel bits were so much easier to use and actually cost less than the caramels in wrappers. I needed them to melt for a dipping sauce, and they worked perfectly! I used almost three whole bags, and these bits were much more convenient than unwrapping caramels. They also seemed to melt faster, which made the process quicker. Highly recommend for anyone needing to melt caramel!

Melts terrible! Do not waste your money! Hardens up almost instantly after melting. Do not recommend

I love these bits! I made a caramel apple cake that to die for. You can melt them down or bake with them right in the mix. I can’t wait to try try other recipes with them

These caramel bits are perfect for adding caramel flavor to baking without having to go through the mess of chopping up actual caramels! I regularly add these to cookies and other baked goods, and they always turn out delicious! If you like caramels, they’re also good to just snack on by the handful.

These fellas were very practical. However, I found them to be pretty waxy and lacking in flavor (think Candy Corn energy). I strongly recommend only using these as melting Carmels if you cannot find a traditional, soft Carmel. It isn’t a bad product, but it’s not the best either.

These are ok, but did not taste like the regular caramel. Look at the ingredients - they are not the same. Even the 1st ingredient is different: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Skim Milk is the 1st 3 in the real caramel Sugar, Corn Syrup, Liquid Sugar is these. No wonder they seemed sweeter. Too bad, I would have liked to avoid all the plastic if they just would have kept it the same recipe.

A must have when it comes to baking! I love these in brownies, cookies and even homemade apple pie! Enjoying a little handful while cooking is quite tasty too!!!

I used these when making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They were a great addition. They did not get to hard after they cooled.

They melted well but tasted fake.

So I purchased this bag o’ bits to add to my Apple crisp, that I was also baking for the first time. Normally I would make my own caramel sauce - which tastes much better than imitation tasting candy bits that we’ve grown up to love. Bias opinion, lol. Anyway, I baked these inside of my apple crisp that I made, and the caramel bits were taking way too long to melt, I had to stir the bits, quite a bit and disturb the baking process; so, not really a fan. I think I would’ve been better off using a caramel sauce, or making my own caramel. The bits aren’t for me. But, the positive, they do taste just like the Kraft caramel square candy pieces. after all, this is Kraft.

I was SUPER hesitant on buy these, but after failing to find regular caramels, I decided to give them a shot. Even as I was getting my sauce pan ready, I debated on just making caramel from scratch. The caramel beads didn’t have a smooth texture when I smashed them between my fingers and they smell terrible in the bag. I am so glad gave them a chance. I was melting them down to make caramel apples, followed the directions on the bag (subbed heavy cream instead of water) and was shocked to have a smooth, not too sweet caramel. Drizzled perfectly on the apples. Will be buying again for sure.
