KT Tape Pro Extreme 10" Precut Kinesiology Therapeutic Sports Roll is an elastic sports tape for support and pain relief in extreme conditions. Pro Extreme is made of KT Tape's exclusive nylon/spandex synthetic material, engineered for maximum durability with KT's extra-strength adhesive. Pro Extreme can be worn for 4-7 days at a time. It is specially designed to provide effective support during strenuous activity through extreme conditions including wet conditions, high heat, high humidity or oily skin. Includes 20 precut 10" strips. Removal Instructions: Begin by peeling tape up at a corner. Hold skin down where tape is being pulled off with one hand while gently pulling tape up with the other hand. Remove slowly. For sensitive skin or difficult to remove tape, rub baby oil or olive oil into the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes and then slowly remove.
