i started with a very deep burgundy color and spent all day bleaching it to get it ash blonde. i had the most stubborn pink and orange tones in my hair that WOULD NOT come out despite trying tons of toners and dyes, but this dye covered those tones up easily and gave me a beautiful ashy brown color. i also love the added details that come with the kit including an extra applicator comb tip and shampoo as well as conditioner. highly recommend

The hair color is wonderful. The last 3 times I used this product, the tube with the hair conditioner was split at the seams. When I took the product out of the box, the seam of the hair conditioner was already split and the conditioner had hardened. It is unusable and I am not getting the fukk value of what I paid for.

I used the light auburn color. My hair came out nothing like it was supposed to. Even the blonde turned brown rather than the light auburn color. Very disappointed with this product. Wouldn’t recommend!

I have no problem with coloring part of this product! I get great coverage. My big issue I have is the new red conditioner tube. Every tube has split open at the seam. Never had a problem with the previous white tubes. Not happy. Very inconvenient.

I used this for many years before I started going to the salon. Times got tough so I decided to color at home again. I went back to old faithful and I’m not sure what changed about the product. I have never lost this much hair at once other than postpartum!!! I was shocked when I looked down in the shower. I will not be repurchasing this again. Avoid at all costs!

I have been using this product for over 30 yrs. I have always loved it but recently you changed your formula in the conditioner. I have waist length hair and when the conditioner tube went red I began to have issues. Extremely fly away and static. I thought it might be the weather but after 3 months I decided to try an old tube of the original. No issues. Also the tube splits causing another set of issues. You will probably get my money anyway since you own so many other color brands but not before I try some others. With the horrible price increases I at least expect the same thing.

Wow, I’m shocked that a brand like this is so bad. My guess is they changed the formula so that you have to purchase more often, therefore keeping up their profits. My issue is that the color fades after 2 weeks at the most. I see my roots already and it doesn’t cover grays like it used to. Definitely not purchasing again!
