Q: Why did you put "Alcohol Denat" as the 4th ingredient? That is very drying to the skin.

Who okay’d the design of this dropper? Who let it go through for mass production? Someone dropped the ball in a MASSIVE way. The dropper for this product is essentially useless, difficult to get the product in it and difficult to get it out. Why don’t you have your design team take a look at The Ordinary’s droppers? I’ve never had an issue with theirs! I might be able to recommend this product if you guys fix this issue!

This is probably my favorite niacinamide serum, I use this both morning and night and have achieved wonderful results in just a few months, this is a great preventative treatment for dark marks in skin of color. It’s lightweight and feels good and I’ve definitely noticed the clarifying benefit in my t-zone. not that it matters much but I am a licensed aesthetician and recommend many of my clients to use not only this product, but this brand. Let’s just say I’ll have this product on auto renew until the Day I die.

I am still in the first month of using this serum to help reduce darkened areas on my face. I love the ease of use, and the smell is lovely. So far it has not caused any irritation, a good thing, and it may be ever so slightly lightening up the dark spots (known as "age spots"). I'm using it twice a day, morning and evening, and hoping for a little more evidence that it is working. It's the first time I've tried any product like this. Feeling optimistic!

This one seems to be the same as the ordinary brand one I tried, as well as a spray one from Naturium - none of which I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. This one is, however, not sticky or thick feeling like the ordinary one. This one smooths in to my skin well.

It was not greasy This can be applied both in the morning and night before moisturizing. It spreads well on the skin and doesn’t feel sticky like some niacinamide serums I have used in the past. With regards to reducing my dark spots I have very realistic expectations. I have noticed diminishing in the several spots I have. I don't mind scented skincare products, this is lightly scented. Overall I am pleased with this product it's quality and results.
