Says that this product is good for redness due to dryness… but ended up drying out my skin even more. I was expecting it to work for me because the price is expensive, but that wasnt the case for me

Hi I love the product. But I have bought this product 3 times. All 3 times, the dispenser has stopped working. There is lots of lotion still left-literally half of the product. the bottle top doesn't come apart from the actual bottle itself and I have had to try very hard with knives and scissors to cut it open. If this is faulty which clearly it is, make the bottom easy to open as it is such a waste of product and money to keep buying more.

Bring back the previous version with Ambophenol in the formulation. It worked ! There are a few companies using the extract but they’re quite expensive and don’t have clinical trials to support their products. The new product isn’t as effective. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Go retro pls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this product for rosacea and redness prone facial skin. Works better than any product I’ve ever tried. Definitely a 5 star from me, plan to use it for many years to come. My only wish is the same product with a little SPF for days in the sun, and because SPF is generally recommended for rosacea. This product was not for me. I have very fair, sensitive skin that often had redness and I was hoping I could use this to help out. Within the first day of using, my skin was red, flaky and the green tint to the cream would not disappear. I washed it off and the feeling lingered. I have never had any reaction and/or issue using La Roche-Posay products in the future. I won't be using this product, but I will go back to the Toleriane Fluid Oil Moisturizer that leaves my skin feeling clean and soft (and I will keep my own redness too!)

I have acne prone skin and unexpectedly developed vitiligo not long ago and have been struggling to find an anti-redness cream. My skin also tends to dry out easily and this in theory sounded like a decent product. While it did remove the redness it also instantly dried out my face which started flaking in place I don’t even normally get dryness. This should NOT be advertised as a moisturizer for ( as the label says) “redness-prone skin due to dryness.” Had this actually been moisturing I would have considered it a staple product since it did instantly remove redness.

Please add me to the list of people missing the replaced AR Serum. I spent years trying to find a product to use on my extremely sensitive skin with rosacea in a humid climate. "Years" is not an exaggeration. I purchased and discarded product after product. Nothing was satisfactory until I found the Rosaliac AR Serum. I was thrilled that there was finally something that actually made my skin feel healthy. And now it's gone. I've used the green Rosaliac and I hate it. I'm beyond frustrated that I'm again surfing the internet, trying to find something for my sensitive skin. I'll keep checking if the AR Serum is returned to your product line, but I won't buy the green Rosaliac again.

I’m a rosy cheeked girly and this product has completely changed the game for me. Lasts all day and really does what it says it’s going to do. I’ve also gotten SO many compliments on my complexion since using it (I’ve struggled with rosacea and acne FOREVER so this is a big deal for me!!). I recommend to pull the trigger on buying it despite my urge to gate-keep (I don’t want it to go out of stock looool). I use it every morning and have for over a month! It still hasn’t run out! I like it so much that I already have a second bottle lined up so I don’t have to go without it! Trust me, you’re gonna want it, it’s worth the splurge 100%!
