A: None of the active ingredients listed on the bottle match the list from the EPA; I would assume no. https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2

If you go onto that website above, it says that if you enter the first set of numbers (in this case 6836-336 and it comes up as being effective, you are good. When I entered those it appears that it is good to go!
