After owning a smaller LG smart TV for a few years and having no issues with it, I purchased this size to add to my home. Nearly two years later, the screen is black but there is still sound and not a single person has been able to help me fix it. After reading the reviews this seems to be the going rate for LG smart TVs. I’d steer clear and spend money elsewhere, especially on a brand that stands behind their product.

Had this TV almost 2 months and it’s awful. It’s incredibly slow, constantly disconnects from the WiFi and I spend a good 20-30 minutes trying to get it to work again. Remote feels really cheap. I’m out of the return time so I guess I’m stuck with this piece of garbage TV. Don’t get it.

Menu system is super slow, has a really hard time connecting to WiFi (already had LG tech come out and fix it, still has issues), volume won’t work sometimes. Overall super unhappy with my purchase. Will not be buying an LG again. Within 7 months, already had to have a tech fix and issue and here we are 14 months in and it’s even slower than before.

I purchased this about a month ago.It has a great picture. Crisp and clean. Easy to use the menu and easy to install on the wall just needed sone help mounted it I liked that all I had to do to register it was to click the remote on the mute button 5 times yo find my model and serial number.

Overall it is a good TV, though it took waaaaay too long to searching through the on-screen menus to figure out how to display input from my CATV box. And you’d think that since 90% of the that is what I use it for it would default to that when I subsequently turn it on, but nooooooooo…

Our old non-smart TV died and we bought this one to replace it about three weeks ago. I love that it was easy to set up and use. Great picture and features! The only real drawback is the sound quality, but we can add a sound bar if we want. It's not a big issue, though.

I bought this about a month ago. I’m very happy with my purchase but I do have a few concerns. As I’m a huge sports fan, not having espn is a bit of disappointment for me as I have to stream from my ipad using airplay. Also, sometimes feels a little bit laggy. Other than that no complains, cause it has good picture and sound quality.
