@thebelleofthebudget It's time to get my health back on track 💪🏼 When things outside my control begin to spiral, I really try to focus on what I can control, and right now that is my health. • I have a terrible track record of sticking to a workout, healthy eating, or vitamin regimen, but I'm finding ways to build it into my daily routine. One of the best things for this has been my lovewellness vitamins, which are now available at Target!! 😍 When my bottles are this cute, I keep them on the counter and never forget to take them.
