Q: Had a C section where my abdominal muscles were cut. I cannot afford a tummy tuck. Can I wear your belly bandit under my jeans or shorts to flatten my lower tummy, or is there a product you could recommend?

A: Hi and thank you for your inquiry. If you would like the exact same outcome as your first experience with the product, we do not recommend reusing your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap. Anytime a band has been worn for an extended amount of time, it will not have the same effectiveness on your body, as it will be less compressive as it was the first time around. Also, if you washed it several times, it may have lost some elasticity.

A: We recommend that you measure any time after your 8th month for the most accurate sizing. Here are some tips to properly measure your belly: In the 8th month or After Delivery: Measure your belly at its widest point, usually at the belly button. In the sizing calculator, select your week of pregnancy and belly measurement. The calculator will generate a recommended size. Just Prior to Delivery: Measure your belly at its widest point, usually at the belly button. Subtract 3-5 inches from the measurement. I had to return this belt because its so uncomfortable and doesn’t support. I honestly hate it. It kept slipping upwards. I was not able to sit, do anything with it. I needed to pull it down. The lower part of my belly was hanging and showing down the belt which was not the purpose of using this belt. I really bought it with so much excitement and then got so disappointed from its zero support and poor comfort. Dont waste your money on it.

I wanted to like this but I don't. I find all I can do while wearing it is stand. Any movement and it moves. Plus I need it longer. My biggest tummy issues are lower so I pull it down, which they say for a good wrap you need it around your hips too, but then all my upper fat hangs over uncomfortably. I would return if I still could.

I did not like this wrap because the material was way too stiff and felt super uncomfortable when I would walk around in it or sit down. Maybe I got a size too small? I don’t know but I didn’t like it and did not work for me at all so I returned it.

I ordered a small and ended up returning it after trying it on a couple times and pondering it over a couple times. It seems to be good quality and pretty supportive, but I like the corset style way better. It's really hard to get this to lay flat or close seamlessly like the picture, especially if you pull it snug. Pre-pregnancy, I'm 5'6'' and 141 pounds, 175 when I delivered and my belly went down surprisingly fast within the first week. The small fit fine, but if you'd like a little more wiggle room, size up.

Don’t waste your money. This wrap was a terrible buy. A few minutes after wearing the band it started bunching on the sides and back. The bunching made it very painful on my back to wear. Also the Velcro would not stay shut. For $80 this was a disappointing buy. Also you can see the wrap through your clothes since it doesn’t fit well

Was nervous when I first got it that it was to small but wore it two times and it is fitting better. I ordered a medium — I am 5’8 and 180 postpartum— usually around 155. Been wearing for about a week and feel like it’s really working — can’t wait to see the results after a month. Def buy this — I bought at 5 weeks postpartum, feel like it was the perfect timing so my belly could go down a little on its own first and then I could have the correct size.

This would be great if you didn’t have any curves. It creases easily and very uncomfortably, which I understand it’s supposed to crease, but it makes it almost unbearable to wear. Will be returning.
