Q: The box states the 8 gal. "medium" bags are 20.5" by 20"; however, when I lay these flat and measure, they're 25" by 20". Too big for my cans. Why is wrong size printed on the box?

A: Axxiom- Hi! These bags have flap ties. In the industry, the flap ties are not considered part of the dimensions of the bag since they cannot by definition hold any trash and are used to close the bag securely. The usable portion of the trash bags is listed on the box, which is correct at 20.5” x 20”. I hope this information is helpful! - Brea

Q: My question applies to the 'Small Trash 4-Gallon Bags', but I assume it also applies to 8-Gallon bags as well. The cardboard box is recyclable, but are the plastic bags themselves recyclable?

I use them for everything! I wish target would stock the small size online and more reliably in store, but the mediums work well enough instead. If there’s anything pointy double bagging would be a good idea but otherwise they’re great. I’m so glad they’re unscented.

I used to love these. First they stopped carrying scented, then they shrank the size. These used to perfectly fit my 8 gallon cans. For months I've been questioning myself - WHAT am I doing wrong!? WHY are these slipping off ALLLL the time!? Guess I'm switching to another store brand or going name brand. I will not be dealing with the aggravation of these again!

I have a 8 gallon Sterlite garbage can in my kitchen and these bags are too small, I have to purchase 13 gallon just so top of the bag fits over the brim of the garbage can and stays on without coming off or tearing as stretch to fit. I ended up using these in my small bathroom can and a dollar tree garbage can that I use in my car.

These garbage bags are durable. I have never had any leakage or spills while using these bags. The ties make the garbage bags easy to tie of and close. They seem to repel odor pretty one. My only issue is that they seem a little bit small. This may be due to the fact that they don’t stretch like other garbage bags. Good value for the money. However, I did end up getting the 12 gallon garbage bags for my 8 oz trash can.

Quite thin, didn't fit the brightroom 5.8 gal wastebasket. It doesn't get anywhere close to reaching the bottom of the trash can. This may be a better fit for a more standard shaped bin.

Trying to open these bags makes you feel like you are a rider in a rodeo... They just do not want to open. You have to talk yourself into being patience, and open them flap by flap... They will rip if you aren't patient enough. It wears you down trying to line your small trash. No thanks.

Not as good quality as the name brand, but for some reason those are a little hard to find for me. Cheap, thin, a little too short for my can, and no draw string ties. I take my garbage out a lot more often with these bags because they are a little smaller. I’ll make them work, but I’ll invest in the real thing next time.
