Easy to use. Have to be a little careful with the ovules that you insert them correctly and firmly into the applicator. The only treatment that doesn’t cause more burn or itching. Relief within first hour of use. But I do need to purchase two boxes. Wish they had this in a 7 day treatment.

I'm writing this review because I always have to remind myself that people usually don't review when a product does as it should. I was so scared when reading these comments, but honestly it wasn't bad. The first night was the worst of it. I put the cream in, laid down, and after about 30 minutes it started to itch. The itch was pretty bad, but not unbearable. After about an hour it completely went away and I was able to sleep. The second night, same thing except the itch was much more mild. I could have easily slept through it with the right positioning. There were maybe a couple quick flares of intense itching, but it was tolerable. At this pont during the day, I had no more itching from my yeast infection. i could feel everything going back to normal. The third night, almost immediately I could feel the medicine. It was itchy just a little bit, and only lasted about 15 minutes. Hopefully I don't have to, but I would use this again!

I’m a nurse so I usually use my own judgement and don’t look at reviews, however I wish I had! I did night one of this treatment and had horrible burning 4 hours later. I’ve used Monistat products before in the past with no issue so I was totally surprised by this reaction but will NEVER try this product again.

I inserted the first dose about 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately i’m one of those that is experiencing the burning sensation. Unfortunately i also did not read the reviews before purchasing. It started burning instantly after applying. I am hoping this means it’s just killing the infection and also hoping that it’ll start feeling better soon. Depending on how this first night goes i’m unsure if i’m going to continue with the other 2. Also i did try the itch cream that comes with it earlier and that provided little to no relief.

Listen to the reviews the itchyness and burning this causes is 1000 times worst then the symptoms of a yeast infection this is supposed to treat it and help but instead you feel like you want to cut off your V omg terrible never use this anything but this

First time trying, it itched for about 15 minutes. Then I felt a slight burn and went to sleep. Woke up and felt nothing however when I went to go pee the suppository was coming out. I don't feel the yeast infection at all. This was only after day one. Will update after day two and three.

This the first time I tried the cream instead of the little egg. I’m not sure what the difference is but WOW so uncomfortable burning and itching, like severe. Took is last night woke up from the itchy ness, now it’s next morning still so uncomfortable I can’t do anything

I didn’t believe all the negative reviews because I’ve used the 7 day one in the past and it worked well for me, but I tried this one to speed up the process since I have a trip coming up. I had burning and itching before I used this, didn’t want to take Diflucan because of side effects so thought I would give this a try. I had SEVERE burning all throughout the night and woke up with horrible stomach cramps/pelvic pain. I had to go to an urgent care who prescribed me Diflucan and tested for yeast and BV. Still not 100% sure that it’s a yeast infection but the doc said it most likely is since I was just on antibiotics.. Just don’t take the risk and call your doc for a prescription. Not worth it.

I was scared after reading the reviews but I’m so happy I tried this. The first dose was extremely itchy, tingly and had a slight burning sensation but that means it’s killing the infection and it definitely did. Mine was pretty bad so the pain was almost unbearable but I’m soo happy I stuck it out because I woke up the next day and my yeast infection was gone. I’m still going to continue the other 2 doses but I was soooo happy to wake up without the yeast infection after 2-3 miserable days before.
Works wonders, itching is a normal side effect.

I read a lot of the other reviews that complained about burning and itching, and from my research that is a normal side effect with the first dose. I was itchy for about 15 minute and then it completely went away. I had no itching with the second dose and was feeling completely normal the next day after the first dose.

This was my first time using this product. I just used my last prefilled applicator and don’t feel any burning or itching (which means it worked!). The first night of using this, it was extremely uncomfortable. The itching I felt after using the applicator was so intense, I wanted to rinse it off but I didn’t. I woke up feeling so much better and very minimal itching! Only used the anti-itch cream once. Second night was a lot better - I did feel a bit of itching after using the applicator but nothing crazy. I read somewhere that said the worse the yeast infection, the worse the side effects will be, but that just means it’s working. Easy to use and convenient, make sure to do it before bed and wear some sort of panty liner because it does leak.

First time trying. Never had a yeast infection like this. Usually it’s just small discharge but this go around there was small burning when urinating. Decided to give a try after it being recommended by professional and at first it itched inside then a small burn like feeling then felt both at same time but it wasn’t dramatically crazy as everyone else has experienced it. Luckily the next morning no burning when using rr nor discharge! Then again I took a few natural things like cranberry and ate raw garlic and honey
Had to seek urgent medical attention after use.

Monistat has several dropped lawsuits against them, and many women report the product blistering them and giving them internal chemical burns. This should not be over the counter at all. Do not buy this product unless a doctor tells you to do so. Like many women, I had a severe allergic reaction which has led to tens of dr's visits, more infections, and pain rendering me unable to walk even semi-comfortably for months.
