These are so good for my eight year old Autistic son who struggles with calming his body come bedtime. I was resistant to go the “medicated” route and tried so many other things. These seem to take off the edge just enough so he can calm his body and mind easier most nights. They are not a be all, end all solution and some nights are still a struggle that these can’t break through to help. I do also like the immune defense aspect and am hopeful they will continue to do the trick with that over the coming winter as well.

If they’d actually eat them they’d had to take multiples.

We have tried other type of melatonin gummies and chewable, but this works the best and quickest. We also love that it includes immune support.

When my 3 year old son is sick I give him these gummies. It helps him sleep, helps his immune system fight harder against the sickness. I definitely recommend these for your children.

WORTH IT!!! Took a 16 hour road trip with 3 kids under 5 years old. They all had a horrible cold. On the way down we were miserable. No one slept. Every time one fell asleep someone else started coughing or crying and then everyone was crying. Including us adults. On the way home I decided to buy some melatonin in hopes that it would at least help them sleep through the others coughs and cries. Then I saw this with the immune system booster and I felt like it was sent from the heavens. We gave one each to the two oldest about 10 minutes before we left, turned on a movie in the car and hit the road. On the trip down they were up until 1am and then slept on and off for about 4 hours. This time they were out by 9:30pm. Before the movie even ended (about an hour after we left!!!!) now all three kids are sleeping peacefully and we can hold onto hope of making it home with a few shreds of our sanity!!!

These work really good and fast. My son goes to sleep and wakes up refreshed and not cranky. He loves the taste as well.

The flavor and the texture is perfect for my picky eaters. I give this to them at 8pm on some school nights and it works like a charm. It takes 30minutes to work.

I am unsure of the immunity part since my kids are sick often and I haven't really seen any change with that but the sleep benefits alone are worth purchasing.
