Do not buy. You have been warned. I have never had any scalp issues in my life and this product has irritated my scalp and makes my hair fall out in chunks every time I use it. I have only used this four times and have never not finished a bottle of conditioner, but this is now going directly in the trash with way more than half the shampoo left in it. I’m so disappointed.

This is the best conditioner I’ve found for my thin, blonde, mildly damaged hair. I’ve tried all of the bonding conditioners and they turned my hair to straw. This makes my hair so soft and not weighed down. The only thing I don’t like is the smell - it reminds me of a perm. It has a chemical smell. But that’s not enough for me to remove a star because my hair looks and feels great, so the smell is worth it.

Absolutely LOVE this product & shampoo duo. I have kinda fine, curly/wavy hair that gets greasy quickly, and flat. This product actually lets me space out washes better, I don’t start looking greasy till 3-4 days after a wash. Hair looks and feels amazing, my ends I usually keep them trimmed but they feel healthier when I use this. It also makes my hair feel fuller than usual. The scent I personally love. Won’t be buying anything but this product for my picky hair!

Smells amazing but this formula is definitely greasy, it feels like my hair never dries completely , super greasy, but other than that is an amazing shampoo and conditioner.

I’ve used this specific conditioner on and off when my hair drys out from bleaching, heat damage etc. for years. IF your hair is dry this will leave your hair feeling feathery soft and moisturized immediately after using it. I only use the conditioner not the shampoo because I feel like it would be too much protein and keratin for your hair. Use your regular every day shampoo and this bad boy ! Use this for a few weeks or on and off in between washes and it WILL help your hair recover. The only downside is it is heavy in Protein and Keratin so it’s not meant to be an every day conditioner and it will leave your hair feeling heavy or sticky after a few weeks. I’ve used clarifying shampoo when it gets to that point and just use it on my ends or I will go back to my every day conditioner. I’ve spent so much money trying to find a good conditioner and I always end up coming to this when my hair needs to recover.

After using a clarifying shampoo that didn’t agree with my hair, my 2C/3A curls were lifeless and fried. This totally brought my hair back to life! Unlike Olaplex, it doesn’t leave a weird coating and also doesn’t appear to strip out my red hair dye. I recommend using this along with the shampoo, because it really does work best together as a system. The only downside is that it is almost too lightweight for hair that needs more moisture than protein. I had to end up pairing this with some protein-free masks like Pureology’s Super Food mask to prevent my hair getting too dry

Bought both the Shampoo & Conditioner pair & this set is amazing!! This just transforms your damaged hair into a silky smooth soft hair. I also use the conditioner as a mask. I leave it in for 10 minutes & then rinse. I find that this works so must better allowing the formula to sit before rinsing.
