I was a 15 year smoker and I am now on day 8 of using the patches. I was a little hesitant to use the patch because I was scared of getting headaches, but I really haven't had any. I smoked 10-12 per day and I have to say the patch does what it is supposed to do and that is to control your cravings ...see moreof the reviewer's review

this was my 3rd attempt at quitting, my first time with the patch and my last cig. i picked a quit date and like always missed that first day! never-the-less the next day i made my way to target.i was sceptacle about using the target brand but i admitt price was the determining factor. i'm not a gum...see moreof the reviewer's review

I'm on day 8 of not smoking. I only smoked about 12 per day so I started on step 2. I haven't had any crazy dreams like people say but i do take mine off at night. I haven't had any problem with it not sticking if anything it's to sticky. My only complaint is the sticky goo left behind when you take...see moreof the reviewer's review

I haven't had a chance to use the patches yet. Upon opening the box, I luckily noticed that they expired in May, 2018. In the process of getting new ones and hope Target figured out why I returned them.
