Q: Does it carry game cartridges too? and if so, how many?

A: Hi, I just purchased this case in-store and it absolutely has slots for 5 game cartridges inside. The 5 slots are located on bottom side of the "flap" in the middle. It also contains a small mesh section for items like the joy-con ends/straps, etc.

this case is fine. It works. It is a very tight squeeze for the oled, and after awhile i see it damging the joycons. The outside of this is quite thin, and i dont feel like it protects the switch that well. Compared to the other cases at the store that are the same price, this one is cheep.

I bought this just for screen protector as this was the only thing available at the store. Neither of the protectors fit on my switch. The one that was supposed to fit went past the glass causing air bubbles and a bad seal. The protector is also just a thin piece of flimsy plastic.I ended up cutting the oled screen protector to get me by till I can get a new one. The case is also terrible quality, way to tight to not affect the joycons and the zipper gets hung up because of the white fabric. I would not recommend this product.

I was a little unsure ordering this based on the other reviews, but decided to give it a try. I actually think it’s perfect. The hard leather seems durable enough, I just wanted a case I could easily slip in my bag and not have to worry about scratching or beating up my switch. It fits well and there’s no pressure on the joysticks I saw mentioned in other reviews. It is also worth it for the screen protector. I’ve tried looking for others and this seems to be the only one that is the correct size for the OLED. The middle flap also lets you store a few games. Definitely glad I decided to try it out for myself!

This is garbage. It is not thick enough to fit the Switch and presses down on the Joy-con joysticks. Over time this will damage the joysticks and deform the case. I'm appalled that Nintendo sells this as official merchandise. Besides that, the case is too soft and not protective enough for a Switch. This type of soft case was OK with the 3DS because the 3DS's delicate parts are all protected by the clamshell exterior when it is folded closed for storage. The Switch needs a sturdier case.
Only buy it if you really need the Screen Protector for the OLED only

The Oled case Is ok for the time being but it not recommended on my opinion unless you only getting the oled screen protection that come with the case. Personally I wasn't planning on getting the oled case to begin with bacuse of the bad reviews that people were saying like "the case is too flimsy that you can touch your Joy-Con and all the other buttons (Including the L and R)". It also a little to tight when putting on the oled so overall it had little protective. I didn't wanted get the oled case first but on the other hand it was the only case that come with the oled screen protector so I was like "what the heck I wanted to get protector screen". So I bought it and try it out and sure enough what the people were saying was true that is case is not very protective. But I least the protector screen working perfectly though. I'll keep the case for a while until I decide to get a better one. So if you guys only wanted a screen protector for the oled then this is the only case to buy it with it (but only if you really needed).

I bought this because it matched the OLED system that I bought and it was one of the only screen protector offerings in the store. The screen protector is a must have, and it works well. The case is flimsy and thin however, and the build quality is not the best. I would advise if buy this product to apply the screen protector and use the case as a temporary solution.

The only positive thing about this item is that it includes a screen protector for both Switch Oled and Switch Standard. The case itself is super flimsy and seems like it won’t protect from anything except scratching. It’s so flimsy you can press the joycon buttons and joystick. It’ll do the trick for now but I definitely need another case. Nintendo cutting corners while customers have to shell out an extra $50 on the Oled.

Pretty good case for the price! It's not as hard as I thought it would be (you can click the sticks if you press hard enough), it does its job as a carrying case. The screen protector for both models was also a great addition. And although not stated prominently on the packaging, it DOES also have 5 slots for cartridges and a mesh pouch for other accessories. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this case!
