To those saying Liquid IV has a better taste—of course it does since Liquid IV contains 10x more sugar than Nuun! Personally, I find this to be a more convenient, eco-friendly option. I like the packaging and there’s no need to stir as it dissolves evenly on its own. It’s perfect to take post workout as a healthier alternative to something like Gatorade.

Liquid IV es pricy so I wanted to try this to save money. It’s like 75% less flavor than liquid IV, has a slight flat fizz, and takes about 1-2 min to fully dissolve. I don’t drink liquid IV for flavor but it makes it enjoyable. This wasn’t a total fail but not a win either. I don’t think it’s as effective either

1) the tablet was huge that I had to cut it to fit in my water bottle so not exactly convenient 2) it tasted bad. Like when you extreme water down the flavor. 3 people tried it and none of us like it. We all thought that it had an after taste like we were expecting a fizzy taste . Don’t get this

I've purchased this flavor for years and the ingredients have changed. The company removed real sugar (1g-2g I think) and added more artificial sugar. This flavor used to taste so delicious, but now it tastes watered down no matter how much water is used to dissolve the tablet. I'm still rating it high because they work very well when I'm slowed down by the southern humidity. The type of humidity that depletes all energy levels and drains your soul from your body. I would rather drink this than a Powerade Zero or Gatorade with 48 grams of sugar.

I’ve been using this for quite a few years. I like the flavor and fizziness. If you like the flavor a little stronger, use less water. It takes about 5 minutes to dissolve in cold water. I break it into four pieces to speed up dissolving.
