Old Trapper Original Deli Style Beef Sticks - 15oz

The very first time I tried this product, it was good. The three times since then, there have been little hard chunks in the meat. I don't know what it is, but it ruins it for me.

It's like eating a stick of pure salt.

I don't usually eat this kind of stuff but recenly got a chance to try out somem Old Wisconsin Hot & Spicy Sausage Snack Sticks and they were really delicious. Needless to say I gobbled them up in no time. I even ordered some more and took a short break. So long stpry short, I wanted some more and Target showed the brand when I did a search. Came to the store and they did not carry any. After going through a variety of different makes I decided to give these a try. All I can say is they're pretty good but nothing to write home about. Wouldn't buy again as they didn't compare to what I had before - which was REALLY delicious.

Flavor & texture are REALLY bad!!!

I love the taste and texture but wish they replaced the BHT/BHA with a natural presevative such as rosemary extract. I'm reluctant to eat too many each time due to these synthetic preservatives.

Tastes like a three day old ballpark hot dog that was left out in the rain and then the sun came out and dried it up for three more days.

There are much better products out there. This one is misses the mark.

Tastes really good but it's allot to eat. make sure you store it inside it won't last in a car and it's difficult to push it all the air in the bag but it's still really good.

A lifesaver at work. Does not require refrigeration, and is ready to go in a moment's notice. I get the shakes easily when my body needs protein, and these really came through for me. Excellent beef taste, easy to bite and chew. Takes very little time to eat one and get back to work. A bit salty, but that's what sugar free soda is for.

I tried Old Trapper jerky and peppered jerky. Both were amazing. They tasted like old Slim Jim's minus the grease. Very disappointed. The Old Wisconsin brand beef sticks are way better.
