not to be dramatic but this supplement changed my life. I’m in my twenties and very active but I have crazy knee pain that was hindering my performance in the gym and just overall trying to mess with my quality of life. it hurt to even squat down to pick something off the floor. I came across these while looking for another vitamin and figured I’d give it a shot. it’s been 9 days and I feel amazing and have for a few days now! I know it says 7 days on the label but I didn’t actually believe it’d be that soon. I’m sooo happy to not be in constant pain anymore, I feel amazing and now I can take on more weight in the gym and even start running again 🥰 v happy girl (and just a warning the pills are huge - in case you have problems taking pills)
