The delivery box was heavy in oil. The box was taped up like it was used and it clearly has been open because we are missing parts. I contacted customer service and was told it will take 30 days to get a response from the partner. I will need to return it and repurchase. After we took nearly 2 hours to put it together and can't connect the hood cause parts 7 & 9 is missing.
