These tassels aren't ready to go. You have to assemble yourself. They are shipped as flat precut sheets of tissue. I wasn't expecting any work to be involved with these, especially for the price point.

Warning!! These tassels come in folded up sheets of tissue paper, you will have to assemble them yourself. You'll need to plan time for that. That being said, after carefully rolling them up and stringing them all together, they look beautiful. When you order put together tassels already done, they don't lay or hang very well, the tissue is already crumpled. So if you're willing to put in the work, they are very beautiful. Used these for a baby shower I just threw!

Cute DIY tassels! You do have to hand roll each piece of tissue paper and string them onto the ribbon yourself which I did not realize when I purchased. They turned out great but did take quite some time to do.

If you're looking for tassels, these are awesome. However they are labor intensive - you have to roll each piece of tissue and string it yourself. This is a total DIY project. I had to youtube to understand how to do it as the directions provided are awful. That said, Even if you went out and bought the tissue and ribbon, then cut it yourself, this is still a good value.
