Pleasantly surprised by this! It melts well and tastes good. It's not wet like some other non dairy cheeses...not calling any names lol and it doesn't turn into plastic when it's melted like other ones. I tried alot of different brands and this one is one of the bests and half the costs of the name brands. This and Follow Your Heart are my go to's. If I can't get either of those I just go without "cheese". My review is strictly on taste and texture. Not ingredients (just fyi).

I was excited to try this. Imagine my surprise, however, when I opened the package and discovered moldy cheese. So disappointed and disgusted! It wasn’t supposed to expire for another month.

This product (though once an okay substitute for Daiya, etc.) appears to have been reformulated, much for the worse. It's now pure white, has no flavor at all, and doesn't melt well, especially when used as a topping. Would not repurchase or recommend.

Made a delicious vegan thin crust pizza, with Morning Star bacon strips, sliced tomatoes, onions and this mozzarella-style shreds. It tastes great and melted beautifully. I think you have to put the cheese under the toppings for the best melting. I actually prefer it to the real thing!!

I bought three bags when the local grocery store was out of DF options. One bag had mold throughout upon opening on the day of purchase, despite all being well within date. A second molded within two days of opening. Money wasted unless I make time for a phone call or trip inside the store.

My toddler has allergies and to find a cheese thats allergy free and doesn’t have a weird after taste is GOLD! my toddlers approve. Doesn’t melt as regular cheese on something like pizza.. I use it mostly in their pasta dishes and add the cheese on low heat to give it time to melt without the rest of the food sticking or burning. It takes a minute to melt but once it does it’s yummy!
