It worked fine for a few months then I got a paper jam and was unable to get the cartridge out. The device began smoking until i reset it. I tried printing again with a new cartridge but It tells me "no paper." Its actually so ridiculous. I have spent over 200 dollars on two devices and paper, for them both to end up jammed and worthless. Dont waste your money on this garbage.

I’ve seen this product at my store for quite a while, but didn’t think much of it until now. My dog of 17.5 years has very recently passed away, and my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with this so I could print out pictures of him. Although I was a bit skeptical considering the number of negative reviews, the first picture came out absolutely perfect. It was as if he was coming to life again, waiting for cuddles and Panda Express. He can’t be brought back, but seeing how well the picture captured his essence, I hope to be able to bring him every where I go.

I was really disappointed with this printer. One of the main reasons I bought it was because it can turn your pictures into stickers. But I tried placing the stickers on my PlayStation and my canteen and on the printer itself and it didn’t stick and if it did then there would be bubbles. This sucks really bad because the printer paper costs more than other brands. I expected more from Polaroid. If you buy a Bluetooth mini printer I suggest you get the fujifilm instax printer or the canon one.

This is such a fun little thing to use and I love being able to stick the pictures wherever I want- the fridge, by my desk, etc. The quality of the prints is fantastic. It connects to my iPhone where I can choose any photo off my phone. It works like a charm. You have to buy the paper separately as it does not come with paper. The pictures, which are also stickers, come off easily in case you change your mind.

Neither target or the manufacturer are willing to help me with my printer that has a paper jam (due to no fault of my own) and unable to print pictures all because I can’t find the receipt from a few months ago. This was a pricey purchase and I don’t want to have to spend another $100 to print more pictures (and I wasn’t two cartridges so that’s about another $33 wasted). I couldn’t predict that this could happen and I can’t even get it fixed. You can see the damage. Save your money and don’t get it.

Love it! Just got it while on vacation to see my friend and her family - photos quicker than expected. I subtract 1 star for seeing some streaks in photos and cost of film. Cider can for scale.

I had the Polaroid Zip which I absolutely have loved for the past 3 years. Just bought the Hi-print and the quality is truly amazing. The photos are a tad bit bigger than my Zip but it is perfect anyway. For the quality of the prints, the ink cartridges are worth the money.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas AND separately bought a 50 pack of paper to avoid the disappointment of not being able to use the printer when she was ready to .......yeah well al that was done for nothing!!!! NOWHERE when I purchased this item did it say WHERE IT SHOULD in big bold letters “IN ORDER TO PRINT OFF THIS DEVICE YOU WILL NEED TO BUY THE PRINTER CARTRIDGE SEPARATELY!” I mean for 100 dollars you’d think you’d get that OR THEY WOULD AT LEAST MAKE IT KNOWN! That would’ve definitely altered my choosing in products!!! Now I guess I know why they DON’T inform you prior to purchasing!!!! Now my daughters sitting here with 50 sheets of paper a hundred dollar printer but WITH NO CARTRIDGE to print her pictures !! Thanks a lot !

Hi there, the product description where you purchased this does include the following disclaimer: " PHOTO PAPER NOT INCLUDED: Polaroid Hi-Print photo paper cartridges purchased separately." Additionally, the Hi Print paper cartridges include the cartridge and paper in the same unit, so I am not sure what paper you bought 50 sheets of, it may be paper for a completely different printer. All you need to use the Polaroid Hi Print is the printer itself, which you have, and Hi Print Paper Cartridges, found here: https://www.target.com/p/polaroid-hi-print-paper/-/A-80597004#lnk=sametab If you have the correct Hi Print Paper that we linked to above, then you should be all set and nothing else is needed. Warning!! This printer will not work with older iPhones!! The app needs at least the 13.0 OS update which is not available on the iPhone 6 and older. I bought this for my daughter for Xmas but she can’t use it with her phone because it’s an iPhone 6 (hand me down). HUGE let down for her and myself Christmas morning because this was her “big” gift this year. There is no warning on the box or in the description of the product either. Shame on Apple AND Polaroid! There is no reason a simple photo app can’t work on the older OS other than putting profits over people.

I couldn’t even get it to print something. I changed the cartridge twice, and both times it said there was no paper... I would go with the HP sprocket or something else— this one has a lot of single use plastic I did not expect on top of the functionality issues.
