A: Hi Sandy! The 7 speeds consist of high, middle, and low with gears in between each.
A: Hi Sandy, This model has Index Shifting. With Index Shifting, there are click stops in the shifter so that the rider has a tactile guide as to how far to move the shifter to shift from one gear to the next. Thanks!
A: Hello Bev! Most of our models come 90% assembled. The parts that will need to be assembled are the handlebars, the pedals, the seat, and the front wheel. Happy riding!
A: The bikes ship partially assembled. If you choose to assemble the bike yourself, you would have to attach the handlebars, seat, pedals, and front wheel. The steps are outlined in detail in the owner's manual that will be included.

A: Hi there! Great question. A 21-speed model will provide a much wider gear range including an easier gear for hill climbing and a harder gear for higher speeds. While a 7-speed model doesn't offer as a wide a range of gears, it does require less maintenance than a 21-speed.
