The description for this product is misleading. There was no massage option. You can heat the bean - aromatherapy bag in a microwave. Smells like Lavendar and is weighted.

Put this in a low powered microwave for one minute and 30 seconds and a whole got melted and the contents went all over. My microwave still smells like the contents of this neck pillow. We threw it away.

I put it in the microwave as instructed, for one minute and I was barely warm. So as instructed I added another 30 seconds, checked on it an beads fell everywhere. It had melted a hole into it. It was my first use, I bought it 30 minutes prior.

I like that you can slip your arms into it so it will stay on your neck better. It could be a little warmer, but the heat that it does have is okay. I received these for free in exchange for my opinion.

I pop this in the microwave and sit down to watch TV and the weight and heat help sooth my muscles quickly. It's a bit kn the heavy side so it takes a bit of getting use to but quickly adjusts.

Although it worked ok when I followed instructions I really when I bought thought it was something like battery powered. I had once seen a thing like this catch on fire in a microwave so am a bit paranoid and as far as the cold it takes up a lot of room in my freezer. It felt good when used just not for me I would rather buy one that is automatic.

I also wish the “arms” were slightly longer, so it stayed put even better than it already does. I’ve only used for heat but look forward to cold as well.

Very relaxing and comfortable. With the cold weather, the heated wrap is perfect and the scent of lavender is very soothing and relaxing. Best for daily use or to give as a gift.

When this arrived, I immediately popped it in the microwave to warm up and placed on my shoulders and neck. I was skeptical at first because I didnt understand how someont so small and easy could reduce pain. It was easy to use and I used it for a week straight. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick relief with heat.

I am 5'4 and not of bigger stature and this wraps me perfectly. It is very easy to warm up in the microwave and stays warm for a decent amount of time. I have not tried using it cold yet so can't give an opinion. The only thing I wish was different is the lavender infused in it. It doesn't have enough of the smell.
