A: I'm not sure, but since it' s a leave-in, after shower spray it shouldn't be getting in the kids eyes. We never had any problems with it.

My daughter is A MIX. Hawaiian/japanese and Puerto Rican / Mexican she has curly hair. Frizzy, and volume that this new formula does not help. slippery elm and marshmallow extract doesn’t even compare to the shea butter blend. The smell is WAY different and it feels watery. Overall, it’s not a good formula and isn’t helping like the other one.

No complaints about this product! My daughter gets craaaazy knots overnight in her hair! For the past 4 years, we have been using a different brand. That brand was cheaper, but we noticed her hair was becoming fragile and damaged. We were looking for something More natural, and this detangler does not disappoint. The smell is pleasant, like coconut, and her hair is looking smoother and healthier already. I also like that the spray disperses widely, instead of just in a single spot, so the spray goes on more of your hair. If you have a son or daughter with difficult knots, this product is definitely for you!

Works great for my 2 year olds curly hair! It has a super strong coconut scent so if you’re not into that wouldn’t recommend. However when I bought the spray it was clear and I went to use it this morning and now it’s white/milky color?? Anyone else notice this!

I want to first mention that the detangling aspect of this product is amazing. My kids have thick full hair, and I can easily glide my brush through their hair with very minimal tugging…. However, my reason for the low rating is I have to use a TON of product. Maybe if your child’s hair is not thick you wouldn’t have to use as much, but this bottle barely lasts a few weeks for two kids with daily use. Other brands I’ve tried with the same size bottle have lasted me months. If I didn’t have to burn through the product so quickly I would have given it 5 stars.

I’ve been using a different brand for awhile and needed something new. This works well for my kid’s fine, tangly, blonde hair. I know it says for curly thick hair, but it works well. Not heavy, not greasy. The smell is strong at first but it fades.

Love the smell of this, but it doesn’t do great with detangling. You have to spray a lot in order for it to work. I would rather spend some more money for a better product, with only having to use a little rather than using this so quickly because of how much you have to spray for it to work
