Great tasting almond flour pancakes.. the only thing I didn’t like was when I made the whole box, I was only able to get 8 pancakes (box states 20!). Unless you like to make tiny silver dollar pancakes, you will only get about 8-9 regular sized pancakes from this.

I followed the recipe on the box but I added a little vanilla extract. We usually make waffles with flour. I didn’t tell them this was almond flour mix until after they ate them.
