@taj.rockittfit 🌬 RUBBER BAND/HAIR TIE TRICK! 🌬 🔥💧Trying to drink more water every day? Try the “rubber band/hair tie” trick! 💦👓Grab your favorite water bottle. Figure out how many refills you’ll need to drink the right amount of water (which is roughly half your bodyweight in ounces). 💧💪Let’s say you need to drink 5 full water bottles to reach your daily goal. Put 5 rubber bands and/or hair ties on your bottle in the morning. Each time you refill it, take one off.  This is an easy and fun way to make sure you’re drinking the perfect amount of water! This is also a great way to stay accountable during the HYDRATION CHALLENGE! 💯 🤔Is anyone still participating in the hydration challenge?
