Tasty noodles for Thai and other Asian-inspired dishes. It can take a bit of trial and error the first time to find the exact timing for soaking to ensure you get the noodle firmness/tenderness you desire (esp if you plan on sauteeing after soaking), but the results are tasty and these noodles do a good job of soaking up whatever sauce or flavorings are in your final mix. Would be great if target also carried a wider style of rice noodle, as these are a bit on the narrow side. Great that they’re gluten free.

Obviously people don’t follow directions! I see some negative reviews if you do it step by step how it says on directions they should come out right!! They are so easy to make and we’re NOT sticky at all love the taste of these Thai noodles my favorite. I obviously make them my own way without the soy sausage since I cannot eat it and they are still amazing

When I was cooking this I had a weird sensation in my nose and throat like I was inhaling chemicals or something gritty. The texture wasn't what I expected. It wasn't terrible but it had a dense feel more similar to wheat pasta and I expected something more similar to glass noodles. The taste was lackluster.

I ordered 2 14 pairs boxes of Thai Litchen Stir Fry Rice Noodles - I was hoping to try a recipe I recently found. When my order arrived I noticed the boxes looked different and most importantly one box of noodles were broken into small pieces - on inspecting the broken box, the expiration date is December 20, w 2017 - I am very disappointed and wary of ordering with what I considered to be a good company in the future - I can't imagine the person pulling the product didn't notice the awful condition this expired product box was in - not sure I can trust ordering with Swanson in the future.
