Tbesst Nice option - I use the diva cup typically. I got these and then it took forever for me to finally start my period, of course! I tried them on prior and they are very comfortable. As far as during my period, I have to say I didn't actually get to experience a full of the underwear. I had a very light period, I liked that I didn't have to change anything and was able to just go about my day as normal. We have a sink in our laundry room, so I gave them a rinse just incase anything was there I didn't notice and threw them in with all my other dark laundry. I will absolutely be wearing these again especially overnight because I don't really care for sleeping with a pad or tampon.
