    I had high hopes for the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX Wireless Gaming Headset, but I’m incredibly disappointed. After just 10 months of very light usage, the plastic holding the left speaker broke completely off the headset. For a product at this price point, I expected much better build quality. While the audio is decent and the features are okay, the lack of durability is a dealbreaker. There are plenty of other brands out there with better longevity and sturdier designs. Definitely not worth the investment.

    Only lasted me a year

    Had this headset for over a year and the plastic finally snapped in half on right ear speaker. Headset always felt super flimsy and very heavy for the plastic it was made out of. Also in general a bulky pair of headphones Quality of sound and microphone was normal. Nothing spectacular and the mode buttons never did anything. Battery life was good. Used these on my Xbox and pc which was convenient but when switching and reconnecting via Bluetooth, sometime the headset would take forever to connect or I would have to unplug the usb and reconnect to my console for it to reset and connect. Overall, since my pair has broken I will not be repurchasing. For the amount of money this headset costs, there’s higher quality out in the market. I’d only get these if they were on sale and someone else was offering to pay.

    They lasted about 5 months before I started getting connectivity issues. Within a month of that starting I wasn’t able to connect at all because the USB drive wasn’t working properly. Extremely overpriced for a headset that only worked for half a year.

    Absolute worst quality headset I ever bought. You have about a 5 foot range and they will start to cut off. Horrible audio quality and the headset has terrible connectivity issues. It’s impossible to pair to your PC at times.

    What I like was that the sound was great and able to connect my phone and hear the game at same time instead of taking the headset off and on What I dislike is that often times when the mode wasn’t set right I wanted to hear my friends more than the game it wouldn’t work for that mode it would just let me hear my own voice or not, another problem is that this was my 3 time getting one of these and every time they broke in the same exact spot , defect ? Contacted TB and eventually they stocked contacting back. 180$ ain’t cheep for a 1.5 year product.

    The sound is great and the quality of the mic is nice, but the Bluetooth connection isn’t as good as I thought it would be and I can hear an echo when I talk. I don’t really think it’s worth as much as they’re selling it for. And it’s snug on the ears, I’m not too sure if it’s totally glasses friendly as it’s pretty snug.

The headset features our ProSpecs Glasses Relief System, which creates a channel in the ear cushion to help reduce pressure on your glasses frame. To adjust this, you must first remove the ear cushion. Hold the ear cushion firmly and pull it away from the speaker. The ear cushion should come off with minimal effort. Depending on the size of your glasses frame, use the tab adjustment to create the appropriate sized channel in the ear cushion. By default, the adjustment tab is set to the shallowest setting. To increase the size/depth of the channel in the ear cushion, simply pull the tab and attach it to the post, based on your preference. After you've adjusted the glasses-friendly channel to your liking, place the ear cushion back onto the speaker. The ear cushion should snap into place with minimal effort. The echo you hear when speaking is Mic Monitoring, a feature that allows you to hear yourself through the headset when you speak into the mic. This helps you to avoid inadvertently yelling at other people/players. It can be lowered via the Audio Hub application, or by using the lower volume dial on the headset while the wireless transmitter is in USB Mode.     I purchased this headset on September 26th, 2023. It is only April 2nd, 2024 and it won’t sync to the Xbox anymore. I believe the transmitter has went out. It’s unfortunate as this is a great headset when it works.

    As headphones while sitting at my computer, these are good. But the whole purpose of being cordless is moot when I can't even walk more than a few feet away without the sound and mic cutting out to the point of being unusable. I don't think I'll be buying these again because I like a bit more freedom of movement than these provide.

    I bought these for my WFH job and beware of long term use when wearing glasses. Had to take frequent breaks to take them off. Good sound quality, but if you aren’t consistently playing audio they will auto disconnect.

    I am giving this product a 5 star review because there are better options out there but for an undoubtedly higher price tag. At a sale price of $150 when I had got them 3 years ago I couldn’t complain. The headsets are still alive and kicking and still providing a quality audio threshold for gaming. They offer a somewhat premium feel on the head and have some heft to them. Like I said there are other options of lighter headphones but they come at a higher price tag as aforementioned. I have had 0 connectivity issues when using the provided usb connection dongle to use them wirelessly. It’s true the Bluetooth isn’t the greatest but the packaging clearly states max compatibility when using the dongle for wireless connectivity. I can walk freely around my apartment without it dropping out at all. I wouldn’t see a need to wander so far from my PC with the headset still on. Take your headset off and the thing shouldn’t be dropping connection. It should be widely known not to overcharge or use the device while charging as this should be commonly known that you can severely damage the battery and even brick the device. Any audio device can be blown out when used at its peak audio threshold for long periods of time. For under $200 you can’t really complain about this headset you get sustainable build quality with an expanded quality audio threshold. You even get a basic device companion for your smartphone to adjust audio settings. Please take this review from a neutral stand point as I have mentioned there ARE BETTER OPTIONS that come at an extremely hefty price tag. These had lasted me about 3 years now and I will be passing them on to my little brother as I have splurged and purchased a premium headset for around $380.

    As of right now these seem great. They are loud with good bass. I like that it links to my phone via blue tooth so I can answer a phone call while playing. I’ve had them for about a month now…hopefully they hold up over time. I’ve seen someone else say theirs only last about 5 months. My son and I both have one.

    Do not waste your money. 200 dollar headset and they stop working in 5 months. We consumers really need to stop throwing our money away on these worthless corporations that continue to rob us with inferior products

    Worst headphones ever the sound cuts out so bad constantly it's choppy, I have been a gamer since a kid not 42 gamergirl and I have the previous version of these and loved them but now that this comes with a USB connector that goes on xbox the sound cuts out a ton so you can't understand what friends are saying.

    Worst headset I’ve ever owned. Bluetooth cuts out constantly and the power on and power off noise is deafening and unavoidable because it randomly shuts off and blows your ear drums out. I got these for free and I still want a refund.
