Upon initial purchase, I was excited to set up and test the scale. The bare minimum options worked despite multiple attempts to follow instructions. It then started to give false weight readings ranging from 1 pound to as drastic as 3 pounds in a few seconds. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Was a little difficult to use. I lost the user guide. I did figure out how to set it up with my info. Every time j stepped on it, it just flashed 0.000. I found you have to remain on it for lime 20-30 seconds to get a reading. Most other scales it immediate, but this does take some patience.

I love all the features. I am not sure how accurate they are but I do know the weight corresponds to my weigh ins at my meetings. I have had it way over a year and it is still working. I have replaced the battery once. I weigh every morning (I know. I shouldn't do that. It's an addiction. I want to maintain my lose and I have. I have been Lifetime and free for 7 months even through the Holidays). Don't hesitate if you are getting it for accurate weight measurements. I do look at the other features but have no way of knowing how accurate they are. They really aren't my cup of tea. I am mainly focused on the weight measurement being accurate. Enjoy

I almost didn't get this because of the bad reviews but when I saw the review with the pic of the person using it with socks on, I realized I couldn't trust the reviews. So I got it and immediately read the instructions. instructions explain how to set it up and how to use it. Instructions clearly state that you need to set it up prior to use AND to be barefoot when using it. I recommend using it right after you wake up, before drinking or eating anything and of course after going to the bathroom. Food and fluids in your stomach will cause major fluctuation in measurements. I also compared the measurements to another scale I had and it is very accurate. 5/5 would recommend this product and 100/100 would recommend the buyer to read the instructions prior to use.

The scale is trash. I got it home and was unable to set it up. Called customer service for help and was told it needs to be replaced. Returning approximately 1 hour after I purchased it

The scale accurately measures weight and if you enter in your height it will calculate BMI, but that is where the accuracy ends. The body fat % never changes no matter if I couldn't go to the gym for 3 months and then go back to the gym/lifting and notice a huge difference in the mirror and how my clothes fit. It always tells me I'm 19.3% BF, and that it is too low for a 40 year old woman. Trust me, I might have lower than normal BF, but I do not have too low BF. I don't know if the Body Water or Bone Density is accurate, but I suspect it isn't.

It measure weight accurately. As far as BF% & the other components, the measurements were not consistent with the InBody measurements (BF % was way off).

Here's what I wanted when I ordered a scale: for it to tell me my weight when I step on it. Here's what I get everytime I step on my scale: Err, 000, sometimes it just says 0.0. I've had this thing for a year. I've followed the instrutions to set it up, but if I want to know my weight, I have to pick the scale up, shake it around a little, sweet talk it, ask it how it's doing, then set it back down and MAYBE, I'll get my weight out of it. I think only once have I ever gotten all five metrics. That was a huge coup. Anyway: I wish I had returned this and I question every single day why I kept it and didn't get a different scale. Woe is me. Don't purchase this.

Does not give you accurate weight , I been going to the doctor mostly every 3 weeks and this scale tells me a different number compare from the hospital , when I get weight there , so don’t waste your money on this

At first it worked for almost a year, but had to switched out the batteries and now it’s malfunction or something. Inaccurate readings. At first, I was convinced that it was just me. How this scale played it’s jokes on me was hilarious though. For instance, I can lose 10 lbs in 2 days! And then gain them back instantly after just consuming 3 piece of potato chips. Wow!

After 6 months the battery/ power stopped working. Replaced batteries with energizer and the batteries die within weeks, thought it was just those batteries and bought new ones and they died within weeks too. I have to assume the scale is eating batteries faster than it should. It's less than 6 months old.
