A: Yes, this formula is good for W and WS fabrics. We do not recommend using on S or X fabrics. We always recommend testing a small hidden area for color fastness. Do not use on velvet, silk, vinyl or leather upholstery.

Q: Is this okay for WOOL carpet? It says Woolite, but I can't tell from the packaging.

It annoys me when an awesome product is unavailable, it's really annoying. This is an awesome product. It works on so much more than just pet stains. And that brush that's attached to the bottle is just fantastic. I'm just reusing the bottle over and over but I'd rather have the original because the detergent in the bottle is beyond! Get it together. Target and order some more.

Got coffee out but left water stain

This didn’t work well on a month-long coffee stain on light gray car upholstery. I soaked stain (spurting liquid out of spout as previously mentioned of its weird bottle design) and then used the bottle scrubber without gloves (the weird bottle design means the liquid leaks). I also soaked up extra liquid with kitchen towels, trying to lift out the dirt. First, USE GLOVES! I *think* brown stain would have been scrubbed away had I a chance to scrub it for more time, but the burning pain of the chemicals on my hands prevented me from scrubbing more. Once I fully washed my hands and had them under plenty of running water, I reviewed stain lifting and in the area where I was able to sufficiently scrub the stain it lifted the brown color but a water stain effect remained on the upholstery in the outline of the formerly wet area. This means I have to shampoo the area anyway!

Worst purchase ever. This bottle features a squeeze top that indiscriminately squirts out an uncontrollable amount of thin liquid that immediately seeps through the upholstery and soaks into the cushion below. The brush is pretty much useless and in a very awkward place which might cause you to squirt more liquid out as you grasp it.

I have an old dog that gets sick sometimes and this one actually works on old stains that no other carpet cleaner would clean. I’ve tried a lot and this really works! I squirt it on let it sit for a minute use the attached scrub brush and then use a wet rag to finish. It’s so clean!

This is the best pet stain cleaner I've ever used, and I've tried so many over the years. I won't ever use another cleaner! It works on any type of pet mess, cat or dog, and always removes the stain and smells even for tough things. I also love that it's an EPA safer choice product. 10/10!

This is the only product that WORKS on all the animal messes I end up having. I have 2 cats and a dog and between the 3 of them, we end up with a lot of messes, mostly bodily fluids unfortunately. This cleans urine better than the enzymatic cleaner I have, and it also works on puke and poo stains. I also foster kittens sometimes and it works on their messes, too! The only rub is honestly that the bottles run out a bit quickly, but you probably won't run into that if you have fewer messes.
