I do Bikram religiously and I sweat so much that I even slide on the yoga towel during Triangle. I have been looking for a sticky mat sticky enough so I don't kill myself doing it. This mat is PERFECT. Don't be fooled by thicker mats if you're new to any type of hot yoga, thinking it'll be more comfortable. The thicker the mat, the more slick they are when wet, so anything more than an 3 or 4mm will have you slip-sliding away. I'm getting one in every color!

I got this for my 5 yr old for her school yoga practice. Got it in orange and it's adorable. It's full size yoga mat, from the look of it, quality looks awesome though we still have to use it for couple of months to know how good it is. I will recommend this to anyone.

I used this yoga mat to line the shelves in our new camper. They work much better than the shelf liners do! The dishes, etc., stick like crazy to them and items don't slip and slide around when the camper is moving.
