What a fabulous opportunity to buy the Heidi Merrick label at an affordable cost. The skirt looks even better than the picture. I love the exposed zipper and the fabric is a nice quality for Target. I actually bought 3 of these skirts for my 3 daughters to wear. I went up a size and it worked out well.
