About the Artist: Kristy Campbell From Massachusetts Kristy’s love of photography and cameras started as a young girl, watching her Papa use his Rolleiflex, Polaroid Sx-70, and vintage Canon and Minolta film cameras. Following him around, watching him photograph family moments, nature, her city, street-life, and still-life moments were exciting for her. Today she feels privileged to use his cameras and every time she does she thinks of him and hopes she is making him proud. Kristy loves the softness that vintage cameras and film produce naturally. She also uses digital cameras and tries to get the same softness from those photos with the use of Photoshop and sometimes textures.
