I bought two of these white carts and unfortunately cannot get the pieces apart to assemble it. One shelf is jammed into another. After struggling for 15 minutes with the first one with no luck, I opened the next box. Same issue. So I hopped on here to read reviews and see this is a common issue. It’s so disappointing because I have 4 of these already in different rooms in my house, and they are awesome carts. The ones I previously purchased, my 3-year-old and I assembled together in 10 minutes. There is obviously something wrong with the batch these came from, so I’ll have to return. So sad.

I actually had some trouble with getting the trays unstuck. It took me around 3 hours to even start assembling the cart. But overall I'm very happy with my purchase!! The cart works very well, so the trouble paid off!!

Assembly for this SUCKED. The screws go in from the inside so holding the basket up to line the screws up is a nightmare and almost impossible to do by yourself. The cart itself is handy and looks nice but the assembly is an absolute nightmare.

This is the second time I have purchased this item and have had the same problem both times. The shelves are packed so tightly together that they are completely stuck. I have tried nearly everything to get them unlogged from each other with no success.

I was very excited to have this extra storage for my bathroom. When the package arrived, I attempted to put it together, but COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME separate the two shelves that were packed one inside the other. This is terrible packaging. Judging by the other reviews, something needs to be done differently because I am not the only person who has had this issue. Massive waste.

I bought this utility cart to use as a homeschool station for quick grab items. However, the organizers I have didn’t quite fit. Since they didn’t fit like I was hoping I had to organize a little differently. Requested Improvements: 1. Keep the same design, but a little larger. Increase the basket dimensions to 18” x 14” 2. Increase the distance between the baskets from 6 1/2” to 8”, but making it adjustable up & down would be a huge bonus feature. Without changing the height of the baskets. 3. Have a 3, 4, and 5 basket option available and more accessories 4. Offer a version where the baskets come in small, medium, and large. The 18” x 14” would be perfect for a medium. For a large I would go a minimum of 6” larger, so 24” x 20” baskets.

Love the cart with 1 exception. Dimensions listed on the box are off by more than an inch less in length and width in each direction. If that doesn't matter for what you need, it is a great cart
