I bought these lamps specifically for the built in USB port so I can charge my phone. Both ports worked upon receipt. Two days later — TWO DAYS! — one of the USB ports no longer works. And of course I can’t return them because I recycled the packaging after I confirmed they worked the day I received them.

These lamps are beautiful! The light is awesome. I had a hard time finding lamps that would accept a 100W bulb - most are 60W. The USB ports in the bases are especially nice. Since covid, I've been working from home from a temporary desk in my living room. I spend a lot of time on the phone. Now, I'm able to plug a cable in to the lamp and recharge while I'm working! Also, one tiny piece was absent from the package. I called the company and they sent a replacement out immediately. I will definitely deal again with LAMPS PLUS in the future!
