The curtains are a nice color and they hang well but they let in waaayyy too much light. They don't help with noise reduction either. Another case of you get what you paid for. Still, they look good visibly, they just don't perform as expected, but the dark red color is vibrant.

We had purchased these in a different color for our bedroom and liked them so much we ordered some for our son's room. The color is light grey and looks great with his light blue walls. They're room-darkening, but enough light through that our rooms don't look like caves. I'd say they're between blackout and light-filtering. They fall into soft folds and look elegant and far more expensive than they were. I wish they came with tiebacks, but I'm going to make some.

We needed drapes for our bedroom, but didn't want total blackout ones. These are exactly what we wanted. They provide room-darkening qualities but let a certain amount of light through--between blackout and light-filtering. They fall into soft folds and look elegant and far more expensive than they were. I ordered them in another color for another bedroom. I just wish these came with tiebacks, but I'm going to make some.
