Worked for about a month, then mysteriously found a crack that started to leak so the glass is not strong and we weren’t banging it on the counter or anything we were treating it as it is fragile. That was fine, just put a towel in the fridge under as it was a slow leak. Well today the handle broke off of the spout as I turned it to get a glass of water. Looks fancy, made cheap for the cost of the item.

I agree that the lid is tricky but this was a great dispenser/infuser and it really made our beverage table look prettier! We placed it on a cake stand and put a saucer under the spout to catch drips. Everyone loved it!

This glass beverage dispenser should just sit in stand but for some reason the fit is so snug you have to apply pressure to secure it. Poorly designed and very fragile. Will be returning my box of broken glass. Lid is also tricky to use.

I would not recommend. I was careful with this & placed it on my counter. I even bought the stand that is advertised with it. It was half way full & it just shattered after being on my counter for a few minutes! The nozzle completely broke off & the container just shattered pouring liquid everywhere. Huge mess & a lot of clean up (so many little broken glass pieces everywhere). Maybe mine was a defective one, but would not recommend.

The dispenser was very poorly made. When I filled it with water for the first time using it - I lifted it out of the sink the entire bottom of the glass fell and shattered. There was no impact or visible damage, just fell apart in my hands!

The lid is not screw off - it has to be popped off and on. Same with the infuser. Using the back end of a butter knife, I was able to gently pry the lid from the glass container. It is difficult to put back on but will at least partially go back on and stay somewhat secure. However, I have not been able to get the infuser to pop back into place. I have left it free standing inside the glass container and it doesn't tip over too much. Doesn't look as nice as I'd like but it still functions.

Lid gets stuck easily, so I sanded down the threading. It now just sits unsecured. The handle on the spigot broke, so I had to replace that. Both lid and spigot are cheap plastic, but the glass jar is sturdy.

The lid is impossible to get off! The first time took me 20 minutes I figured was just the way it came and when I put it on right the problem would be solved nope absolutely not the thing sucks don’t even waste your money
